Each vendor will pack and ship their items separately, so your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on the sellers you purchased from.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details. Once your package is shipped, a tracking ID will be provided. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website or log in to your AaRu Mart account and go to “My Account → Orders” to see real-time shipping updates.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, expired, or not as described, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving it.
