Yes, AaRu Mart is a multi-vendor marketplace, which means you can add products from different sellers to your shopping cart and checkout in a single transaction. Each vendor will pack and ship their items separately, so your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on the sellers you purchased from.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details. Once your package is shipped, a tracking ID will be provided. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website or log in to your AaRu Mart account and go to “My Account → Orders” to see real-time shipping updates.

Delivery times depend on the vendor’s location and your shipping address. On average:
Inside Dhaka / Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Outside Major Cities: 5–7 business days
Some vendors may offer express delivery for faster service. The estimated delivery time for each product will be shown during checkout.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, expired, or not as described, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, log in to your account, go to Orders → Request Return, and follow the instructions. Once the product is returned and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Certain items, such as electronics or branded goods, may come with a vendor warranty. Warranty details will always be mentioned on the product page. Please check carefully before purchasing. If a product has warranty coverage, you can claim it directly through the vendor or the authorized service center.
Every vendor on AaRu Mart has their own store page. You can reach out by using the “Ask a Question” feature available on the vendor’s profile. Additionally, after placing an order, you can contact the vendor through your account’s order message system for queries related to delivery, product details, or after-sales support.
Absolutely. AaRu Mart uses SSL encryption, secure servers, and trusted payment partners to safeguard your transactions. We do not store sensitive card information, and your personal details remain private and confidential. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
If you are interested in selling products, go to our “Become a Vendor” section and fill out the registration form with your business and product details. Once submitted, our team will review your application and, if approved, you’ll receive access to your vendor dashboard.
